Farmstead Operation Period:

Check-in:
Check-in time is from 12:00 noon until 19:30.
For arrival at other times, please call to make arrangements in advance.

Check-out:
On the day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate the room or apartment by 10:00 am.

Prices
One night in a Double Room, with our country breakfast included:
Euro 55.00, ( Euro 60.00 from 1 of November to 1 of March)

One night in the Apartment, (does not include breakfast):
Euro 60.00, ( Euro 70.00 from 1 of November to 1 of March)

Service Available Upon Request
Our country breakfast with traditional products made on the premises:
Euro 7.50 per person.

Pets
We accept small animals that will not cause damage or pose a potential threat to small children.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation prior to 30 days before scheduled arrival, the deposit can be utilized for another reservation, to be arranged depending upon availability.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before scheduled arrival will not be reimbursed.

Payment Policy
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total price of your stay, payable by wire transfer (see bank details below) or money order (payable to "Podere Serra dei Costa").
The balance of 70% is due at check-out, payable in cash.
